Karan Gupta is one of the youngest entrepreneurs to make a mark across diverse sectors including media, advertising and real-estate. Since he took on the mantle as a Co-founder of Zirca, Karan has driven conversations and secured strategic relationships for the company across the world. Under his watch, Zirca went from a representation-only organisation to an award-winning digital solutions company. With an eye for disruptive growth opportunities, global perspective and tech-first thinking Karan has enabled Zirca to become the preferred partner for a broad-reaching group of global companies such as Microsoft, The Economist and MediaMath.

A true trailblazer in digital media and advertising, Neena has more than 20 years of experience building organisations that lead change in effective and efficient communications. After a decade with BBC Worldwide, Neena has nurtured Zirca from an inspired vision into a 150-strong, multi-million-dollar enterprise with a consistent winning streak. Neena is one of IMPACT 50’s Most Influential Women in Media (2019).

Rahul is a driven sales and business development professional with over 16 years of experience in marketing, IT and telecom sectors. Having worked across sales, and client servicing functions, Rahul is currently responsible for driving revenue for Brand Solutions and International Businesses at Zirca. Prior to this new role, he was instrumental in new customer acquisition and revenue generation for Microsoft Advertising and Zirca Programmatic.
Abhijit is a seasoned creative leader with over 15 years of experience across direct, print, film and digital advertising. Having honed his craft at leading global agencies, Abhijit has been instrumental in raising the creative bar for Zirca’s products and solutions. During his tenure, he has lovingly shaped Zirca’s Brand Solutions division into the creative powerhouse that is CreativeiQ. His team’s creative ability and digital knowhow continues to win the hearts of clients in India as well as overseas.
Mustali is a Computer Engineer with over two decades of experience in technology engineering and product development, including 16 years in the mobile ecosystem. His expertise includes cloud computing, software programming, mobile apps design and development, data science, AI/machine learning algorithms, and digital business transformation. Overseeing Zirca's tech products globally, Mustali focus is on charting the company's future and improving efficiencies.

A media measurement product specialist with 20+ years of experience, Tarun has donned many hats, from developing products for Kantar/IMRB to running a successful startup and also consulting businesses and government departments (in India and US).

A digital and product marketing expert with 10+ years of experience in mar-tech & ad-tech, Gaurav has played multiple roles, from customer success and strategic partnerships to brand strategy and product marketing in SaaS. After stints at globally renowned companies like Tiktok, Google, Dentsu and IBM, Gaurav currently leads sales for Zirca’s in-house products and solutions.
