Dr. Gupta is a visionary who brings with him over three decades of experience across sectors of real estate, banking, mining, digital media, marketing and advertising. An astute businessman, spirited entrepreneur and dedicated philanthropist, he has continued to foster innovation by staying true to his work and ethical values. His experiences serving on the boards of several companies and non-profits, give Zirca an invaluable strategic advantage as it breaks new digital ground. In 2018, Dr. Gupta received an honorary doctorate degree from Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon University, France, for his significant contribution in the field of Business Administration.
Karan Gupta is one of the youngest entrepreneurs to make a mark across diverse sectors including media, advertising and real-estate. Since he took on the mantle as a Co-founder of Zirca, Karan has driven conversations and secured strategic relationships for the company across the world. Under his watch, Zirca went from a representation-only organisation to an award-winning digital solutions company. With an eye for disruptive growth opportunities, global perspective and tech-first thinking Karan has enabled Zirca to become the preferred partner for a broad-reaching group of global companies such as Microsoft, The Economist and MediaMath.

A true trailblazer in digital media and advertising, Neena has more than 20 years of experience building organisations that lead change in effective and efficient communications. After a decade with BBC Worldwide, Neena has nurtured Zirca from an inspired vision into a 150-strong, multi-million-dollar enterprise with a consistent winning streak. Neena is one of IMPACT 50’s Most Influential Women in Media (2019).
Director – Revenue
With over 19 years of experience in the world of communication, Hemali has honed her skills in all aspects of Advertising Sales. From Inventory Sales, Brand Solutions and New Business Development to Client Servicing and Revenue Generation, she has donned many hats. Across digital, television and print realms, no less. Today, Hemali brings her versatility as the Head of Revenue at Zirca Digital. Between devising innovative content strategies and inspiring teams to achieve their true potential, Hemali embodies the spirit of changing with the times.
Creative Director – Creative IQ
Abhijit is a seasoned creative leader with over 15 years of experience across direct, Print, Film and Digital advertising. Having honed his craft at leading global agencies, Abhijit has been instrumental in raising the creative bar for Zirca’s products and solutions. Under his tenure, he has lovingly shaped Zirca’s Brand Solutions division into the creative powerhouse that is Creative IQ. His team’s creative ability and digital knowhow continues to win the hearts of clients in India as well as overseas.
Head – Consumer IQ, Research & Analytics
Rupin Nanani is a research and analytics expert with over 15 years of experience across Adtech, Media, Consumer Insights, and Marketing. As data flows and opinions fly, Rupin ensures that the consumer stays at the centre of every conversation. As Head - ConsumeriQ, Research & Analytics, he deftly turns insights into pathbreaking products which scale into great businesses. He’s passionate about conversations and ideas related to human-first marketing, emerging tech, and pushing the boundaries of consumer conversations in a VUCA world.
Technology & Solutions
A tech veteran with over 25 years of cross-industry experience, Vamsi charters Zirca’s technical vision as the head of our Engineering & Data Science and Business Intelligence functions. Having filled leadership positions at companies like Tata Consultancy Services, IBM – USA , Unmetric and Zeta Global, he is adept at delivering production quality commercial software. His keen instincts and approachable management style have made him indispensable to Zirca’s pathbreaking products and solutions.
Head – Finance
Prateek oversees the entire Finance function at Zirca, comprising of Commercial, Compliance, Treasury, MIS and Accounts. Having spent nearly 7 years as an Auditor at KPMG, Prateek switched to the industry side as Head of Finance in 2013. He balances the technical nuances of Accounting, Auditing and Compliance from his audit experience with the practical experience of leading the finance teams of growing companies. He is proficient across Services, Manufacturing and Trading sectors.
Head – National Sales (Mumbai)
Jinesh packs over 11 years of sales experience in Digital Advertising. Currently, he leads the Revenue Management efforts for Zirca’s Representation (MSN and Fandom), Programmatic and Performance businesses. Jinesh has been with Zirca since inception. Prior to his current role, Jinesh led the domestic and outbound acquisition efforts for Microsoft Bing in India and played an active role in setting up the business in metros and non-metros. Jinesh started his digital advertising journey in 2009 and has worked with companies like Business Standard, Sify and Vdopia.
Head – National Sales (Gurgaon)
A Digital Media enthusiast with over 14 years of experience in Advertising & Media Sales, Swati has had stints with renowned media companies like BBC Worldwide and Times Internet Ltd. She’s a firm believer in the mantra of ‘learn, unlearn and relearn to stay connected’. As a new era of centralization and atomization beckons, Swati drives Zirca’s pathbreaking ContentiQ solution to help clients optimise their digital campaigns efficiently and effectively.
