Manager – Delivery, Affiliate


To ensure retention and expansion of allocated accounts.

The key expectations of the role:

  • Achievement of spend targets for allocated accounts
  • Optimization of accounts by :
    • recommendation of right bidding strategy and budget strategy for the accounts
    • ensuring efficiency and scale by helping clients adopt ‘best-fit’ product features/functionalities
    • conducting SLA based reviews to identify and recommend opportunities for improving account performance
  • Recommending short & long term strategies for ensuring efficient management of all affiliate campaign formats
  • Improving efficiencies through account deep dive and hygiene checks
  • Empowering SEM analysts at customer side with product knowledge and training
  • Client satisfaction which can be measured through repeat business
  • Validation and reconciliation of deliveries
  • Prerequisites for invoicing


Competencies required:  Knowledge, skills, attitude:



  • Strong Affiliate network relationship
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge and understanding of Bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)



  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints



  • Analytical skills. Must be comfortable with Google Analytics, and internet technologies
  • Ability to generate SEM reports
  • Ability to build and manage relationships
  • Good written and verbal communication

The Individual: (education and experience)



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing with at least 1 year in Search
  • Experience in working with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)



  • Experience with carrying out A/B and multivariate tests
